Jonah Kestrel

Jonah Kestrel joined Loupe after several years editing music videos independently, and brought a rhythm-first cutting sensibility that has become part of the studio’s editorial identity — cutting on movement and sound rather than defaulting to shot-reverse-shot coverage. He cut both of Loupe’s narrative features and the majority of the studio’s music video and commercial work.

He also handles the majority of the studio’s online conform and delivery, working directly with Priya Sathe’s color pass to keep the offline and online cuts in sync through finishing.
