Priya Sathe

Priya Sathe leads color for the majority of Loupe’s projects, working in a calibrated DaVinci Resolve suite on-site. She trained originally in fine-art photography before moving into motion color work, and her grading philosophy carries that background forward: protect what the camera and lighting department already built rather than overriding it with a heavy look.

She has developed the studio’s house approach to matching digital and film-originated footage within the same project, most visibly on “Reyna Actual: Amber Static,” where a 16mm scan needed to sit alongside digital behind-the-scenes material without looking mismatched.
